    Our normal thickness is about 10 um, but we can do 15um and above upon request.
  • What colors are available for powder coating and what is the typical thickness?
    We can do any color for powder coating as long as you provide the color sample, with a typical thickness of 60-80um.
  • What certifications do you have and what standards do you follow?
    We are ISO certified and follow DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB standards.
  • What is the delivery time for samples and mass production?
    Samples take 2-3 weeks for new molds, and mass production takes 3-4 weeks after deposit and order confirmation.
